Man Pulls Rifle on McDonald’s Workers

Because Ice Cream Machine Isn’t Working

Two men pulled up to the drive-thru at a Delray Beach, Florida McDonald’s. When the driver was informed that the ice cream machine was out of order, he told his passenger to retrieve the “stick” from the trunk. Seeing the rifle on security video, the employees locked themselves in and called police.

Police determined that while it looked real, the rifle was a replica. The driver was not charged, strangely, despite directing the whole fiasco. The passenger who retrieved the weapon was charged with improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon.
